In accordance with consumer-protection legislation, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it (i.e. from the payment date), provided that delivery of the digital service (the Art Appraisal Report) has not yet been completed.
If the Art Appraisal Report has already been delivered to the user, the right of withdrawal ends in accordance with provisions governing immediately supplied digital content. By accepting the order, the user confirms they have been informed of this condition.
If the Art Appraisal Report is not delivered within 5 business days of confirmed payment, without prior notice of delay, the user is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
For a refund, contact info@zbirka.hr with the order number. Refunds are made by the same method as payment within 14 days of receiving the request.
