PROCESS

How Art Appraisal Works

The Art Appraisal follows a simple process: you submit basic details and photographs, Zbirka reviews whether a useful Art Appraisal Report can be prepared from them, and after the Inquiry is accepted and payment is received, you receive a PDF Art Appraisal Report by email.

01

Submit photographs and details

The initial Art Appraisal requires photographs of the front, back, signature or an important detail, together with dimensions, artist and any other information you have about the artwork.

02

Inquiry review

Zbirka first reviews the submitted materials to determine whether a meaningful and responsible preliminary market opinion can be prepared.

03

Acceptance and payment

If the Inquiry is accepted, payment details are sent. An Art Appraisal Report costs 20 €.

04

Art Appraisal Report preparation and delivery

After payment is received, the PDF Art Appraisal Report is prepared and sent by email within 48 hours.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

You receive a professionally presented PDF Art Appraisal Report with a basic description of the artwork, a preliminary market opinion, an estimated Market Value and recommended next steps.

The Art Appraisal Report is prepared from the supplied photographs and information and is not confirmation of authenticity, a guarantee of attribution or a binding valuation.
